  • If you purchased a product from us, then we will have emailed you your login details, plus a separate receipt will also be emailed to you.
  • To access the product that you purchased from us, please use these login details.

I didn't receive a login email, but received a receipt

  • The login email is sent to the email address you entered on the payment page, note this may be different from your normal email address (this is often the case with clients who used an old email address when they paid with PayPal). Please check your new and old email addresses for our login email.
  • If you didn't receive a login email, but did receive a receipt, then please email us this receipt and let us know that you haven't received your login details. Please use the subject line 'Login details not received' and send your email to:
  • We can reissue the login email and you will then be able to access the product that you purchased.
  • We aim to respond to your emails with two hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). If you email after 4pm on a weekday, we may not respond until the next day. If you email at a weekend or a Bank Holiday, we will email you on the next working day.

I received a login email, but can't login with the username / password

  • If you are typing in the username and password, please double-check that you've entered the correct username and password.
  • If you copied and pasted the username and password, please double-check that you copied the whole username / password and didn't miss off a letter / number or copy a blank space.
  • Try closing your web browser, open it again and then try logging in with your username / password.
  • If none of the above methods works for you, then please email us using the subject line 'Cannot Login' and let us know your name and username. Please send your email to:
